The problems you deal with every day.
The answers, quantified.
Unread emails, incomplete files, missed follow-ups, documents nobody can find — every one of these problems has a real, measurable cost. What solves them isn't rigid automation, but AI agents that understand the context of a file and act on it. Here are the numbers, and exactly what Aryamy does about each one.

The 12 questions
every prospect asks
We already have a line-of-business system. Does Aryamy replace it?
No. Aryamy doesn't replace your CRM, brokerage software, or ERP. It sits between your communication channels, email, WhatsApp, scans, and the software you already use. It handles the document and administrative work your current tools don't: reading attachments, spotting what's missing, following up, filing. Your core system keeps working exactly as before, except it now receives complete files.
Migrating our data feels risky. What guarantees we won't lose anything?
Import is guided step by step: you upload your CSV files, Windows folders, Google Drive, or OneDrive, and Aryamy shows you what it understood before anything is committed. You see a full preview, clients, files, documents, with duplicates and inconsistencies flagged. If something's off, you cancel. Nothing is written until you approve it, and the import report details every record processed or skipped.
Our teams won't change how they work. How do you handle that?
The tool doesn't ask your teams to switch channels. They keep sending emails, receiving WhatsApp messages, scanning documents. Aryamy changes how that information gets processed behind the scenes. Training is short, 2 to 4 hours per role, and tailored to what each user actually needs to do: approve, oversee, process, or view. The first visible results show up within the first week, which builds buy-in naturally.
We can't put customer data in the cloud. How does that work?
Aryamy can be deployed entirely on your own infrastructure, a Windows machine, a local server, a Citrix environment. Your documents never leave your perimeter. Sensitive documents (ID cards, bank details, contracts, claim reports) default to a cloud-forbidden policy. Even if you use a private cloud option, hosting takes place in certified data centers. You decide exactly what leaves and what stays.
We already manage all this with email and spreadsheets. Why change now?
The real question is what it costs to keep doing it that way. A staff member spending 2 hours a day sorting email and hunting for attachments is losing 10 hours a week, 40 hours a month, per person. Across a team of three, that's roughly half a full-time role spent on work that adds no value, not counting the errors, the incomplete files that delay payments, and the customers who chase you because nobody replied. Aryamy closes that gap in under two weeks.
We're a small team, 2 to 5 people. Is this built for us?
Small teams are exactly where Aryamy makes the biggest difference. Without a dedicated admin function, every hour saved matters more. A two-person team that stops spending 90 minutes a day on document handling gets back 7.5 hours a week, nearly a full day. We handle setup and configuration end to end, and you're up and running within days.
How do we know the AI won't make mistakes on our files?
Aryamy never makes decisions on your behalf for sensitive actions. It reads, sorts, and prepares, but important transitions, follow-up messages, and approvals always wait for a human sign-off. If a document is unreadable or its quality score is too low, it isn't filed automatically, it gets flagged and a resend is requested. Every action is logged with a timestamp and user ID, so you can see exactly what the AI did and what you approved.
We handle highly sensitive records, insured parties, patients, financial clients. How is that secured?
Data is isolated per company across every table and endpoint, one office can never access another's data, even on a shared server. Documents classified as sensitive or critical (ID documents, bank details, medical records, contracts) default to a cloud-forbidden policy. Every access is role-based: admin, manager, supervisor, viewer. Data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.
We don't have an IT team. Who handles setup?
We do. Setup is fully guided, you don't touch anything technical. We configure the tool for your business, connect your channels (email, WhatsApp, document storage), train every user profile, and stay available through the first few weeks. The only thing we need from you is access to your inbox and your files. There's no server to manage if you choose the hosted option.
We operate across several sites or teams. How is that handled?
Aryamy natively supports multi-site organizations. Each site, branch, or team can have its own isolated space, its own processing rules, and its own alerts. Headquarters gets a consolidated view across every site. Workflows can be shared across sites or kept separate. Alerts, for example, can be routed to the right manager depending on the site involved.
Can Aryamy adapt to our own filing and processing rules?
Yes, and it's one of the key differentiators. Classification rules (what type of document is this?), validation rules (what conditions move it to the next step?), sensitivity rules (which documents never go to the cloud?), and filing rules (which folder does this belong in?) are all configurable without code. You can build your own checklists per file type, test your rules in simulation before activating them, and change them anytime.
How do we measure ROI before committing?
That's exactly what the free 30-minute audit is for. We review your current document flows, volumes, channels, time spent, recurring errors, and identify the three highest-priority automations for your business. You leave with a concrete estimate of the time you'd recover per week and per person, before any purchase decision. No commitment, no technical jargon.
